Foundation Office Service Terms
Effective date: October 12, 2026 · Last updated: October 13, 2026
Draft for owner and legal review. This set of Service Terms is a working draft. It is not a final policy and should not be relied on as one until ACA approves it. Bracketed items still need confirmation.
Service provider: Aeterna Empire Holdings LLC, operating as Ascendancy Capital Architecture (“ACA”)
Service contact: the ACA contact form
1. Scope of these terms
These terms apply to ACA’s Foundation Office services:
- Complimentary Light Visibility Audit.
- Digital Solutions Brief.
- Local Lead Hunter.
- Combined Diagnostic Bundle.
They do not establish the terms of a monthly retainer, Sovereign Blueprint, Execution project, or other separately scoped engagement. Those services require their own approved scope and applicable terms.
2. Fit and engagement acceptance
ACA reviews requests for fit, available capacity, required information, ethical alignment, and the ability to deliver the requested service responsibly.
Submitting an inquiry or intake form does not automatically establish an accepted engagement.
Before payment, the customer will have an opportunity to review the selected service and applicable terms. ACA confirms acceptance and the delivery deadline in writing after the necessary requirements are complete.
If ACA receives payment but does not accept the engagement, ACA will refund the payment.
3. Customer authority and responsibilities
The customer must:
- Be at least 18 years old and authorized to request the service and approve the engagement.
- Provide accurate information to the best of their knowledge.
- Identify an authorized primary decision-maker.
- Provide the required public links, business context, and research criteria.
- Own or have permission to provide submitted materials.
- Respond to reasonable requests for missing information.
- Avoid providing unnecessary sensitive or confidential third-party information.
- Review and independently decide whether to act on recommendations.
Foundation Office work does not require customer account passwords or private-system access.
4. Services and fees
Complimentary Light Visibility Audit — $0
A limited public-facing observation based on relevant publicly available business information.
It may include basic website/mobile observations, the visible customer-contact path, relevant public profiles, information consistency, one to three priority observations, and a next-step recommendation.
Availability and timing are confirmed after approval. It is not a full internal diagnostic, lead-research engagement, competitor analysis, strategy, or implementation service.
Digital Solutions Brief ($59.99) USD
A focused diagnostic relating to one primary 30–90 day business objective.
Includes intake review, relevant public presence and customer-contact path, client-provided context, priority findings, a first-priority recommendation, a seven-day owner action sequence, a branded Brief, an appropriate next-step recommendation, and one brief clarification opportunity.
Local Lead Hunter ($129.99) USD
Public-source opportunity research relating to an agreed objective and target geography or market.
Includes a curated opportunity map, available public contact/location details, relevance notes, priority grouping, suggested owner-led outreach angles, a basic outreach tracker, and one brief clarification opportunity.
No fixed target count is promised unless expressly agreed in writing before work begins.
Combined Diagnostic Bundle — $179.99 USD
Includes the Digital Solutions Brief and Local Lead Hunter, plus an integrated recommendation connecting business priorities and relevant local opportunities.
Includes one 15-minute delivery walkthrough if scheduled within seven calendar days of delivery. Priority consideration for another ACA engagement is subject to fit and capacity and does not include that additional service.
5. Payment and delivery timing
Paid Foundation Office services are payable in full upfront through the approved payment method. Prices are stated in U.S. dollars. The price shown is the total charged at checkout; ACA does not add booking, processing, or other fees.
Delivery targets begin after ACA receives successful payment and the information required for the selected service. That may be a completed online intake, details gathered by email, phone, video, or in person, or, where ACA confirms it, no separate intake at all:
| Service | Delivery target |
|---|---|
| Digital Solutions Brief | Within 48 hours |
| Local Lead Hunter | Within 72 hours |
| Combined Diagnostic Bundle | Within 3–5 business days |
| Complimentary audit | Confirmed after approval |
For the Bundle, business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. federal holidays.
ACA will confirm the deadline by email. Where additional information is necessary, ACA will identify what is missing and confirm any resulting change to timing.
If ACA expects a delay, it will notify the customer rather than silently extending the deadline.
6. Excluded work
Unless expressly included in a separate written agreement, Foundation Office services do not include:
- Account access or private-system review.
- Website, profile, listing, or content changes.
- Design, development, technical implementation, or advertising management.
- ACA conducting prospect outreach, follow-up, appointment setting, sales, or negotiations.
- Purchased, scraped, restricted, private, or improperly obtained data.
- Ongoing advisory, monitoring, management, or unlimited access.
- Unlimited revisions or ongoing research/list updates.
- Legal, tax, accounting, insurance, investment, or other regulated professional advice.
The Digital Solutions Brief does not include lead or competitor research beyond its agreed diagnostic scope.
7. Findings and research limitations
ACA relies on information publicly available during the review and information supplied by the customer.
Public information can change, be incomplete, or contain errors. Client-reported information is not independently audited unless expressly agreed.
Research targets are potential opportunities based on the agreed criteria—not guaranteed interested buyers, qualified leads, or available partners. Public contact information does not itself establish permission for every form of outreach.
The customer is responsible for determining whether and how to contact research targets and for complying with applicable outreach rules.
8. Completion, clarification, and corrections
A service is complete when ACA delivers its defined report, research map, tracker, or Bundle components and integrated recommendation to the agreed delivery address or method.
Included clarification addresses the delivered material. It does not include new research, changed objectives, expanded strategy, implementation, or a replacement engagement.
The Bundle walkthrough must be scheduled within seven calendar days of delivery. If not scheduled within that period, the included opportunity expires.
Customers should promptly report missing deliverables or material factual errors. ACA will review substantiated errors or omissions in the agreed work and make appropriate corrections without an additional fee.
Customer acknowledgment of receipt is not a waiver of applicable legal rights.
9. Cancellation and refunds
ACA takes full responsibility for mistakes on its part.
- Before work begins: if you cancel or request a refund before ACA begins work, you receive a full refund.
- After work begins, before delivery: if you cancel after ACA has begun work, ACA stops work and refunds 50% of the price paid.
- Errors or missing work: if a delivered Brief, report, map, or tracker contains an error made by ACA or is missing something the service includes, ACA will correct it at no charge. If you prefer a refund instead, ACA will refund 75% of the price paid.
- If ACA cannot deliver: if ACA does not accept your engagement after payment, or cannot deliver the accepted service, you receive a full refund.
- After delivery: disagreement with a recommendation, or not achieving a desired business result, is not by itself grounds for a refund.
Three-day right to cancel
If you buy a Foundation Office service for personal, family, or household purposes through a face-to-face sale away from ACA’s regular place of business, or through ACA’s direct mail, email, or telephone solicitation, you may have a right to cancel under the Wisconsin Consumer Act or the Federal Trade Commission’s Cooling-Off Rule. In those sales ACA will give you the required written cancellation notice at the time of the transaction. You may cancel in writing until midnight of the third business day after the transaction, and ACA will refund all payments within 10 days of receiving your cancellation. This right is in addition to the refund rules above.
Nothing in this section limits any cancellation, refund, dispute, or other right that cannot lawfully be waived.
Refund and cancellation requests should be sent through the ACA contact form, identifying the customer, service, payment reference, and reason. Do not send card or banking details.
Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method. The time until funds appear depends on the payment provider and your financial institution.
10. Scope changes
Changes to the objective, geography, research categories, deliverables, or other agreed boundaries may require a revised delivery date, separate quote, or new engagement.
ACA will not treat additional work as authorized merely because the customer mentions a new need.
Additional fees and scope must be agreed before that additional work begins.
11. Ownership and use
Customers retain ownership of their pre-existing business assets, accounts, and submitted materials.
After full payment, the customer may use and adapt the client-specific deliverables for their own business purposes and share them with their team and professional advisers.
ACA retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, reusable templates, frameworks, and general know-how. Third-party material remains subject to its owner’s rights.
An exclusive assignment of intellectual property, resale right, or broader commercial license requires a separate written agreement.
12. Confidentiality, data handling, and publicity
ACA will use nonpublic customer information for the engagement and related administration, subject to its Privacy Policy and lawful disclosures.
Customers should identify particularly sensitive business information before providing it so ACA can determine whether it is necessary and whether additional safeguards or an agreement are appropriate.
ACA will not publish a customer’s name, logo, testimonial, identifiable deliverable, or case study as promotional proof without permission.
Any AI-assisted processing must follow ACA’s adopted privacy practices and applicable customer agreement.
13. No guaranteed business outcomes
ACA provides defined research, diagnostics, recommendations, and related deliverables—not guaranteed results.
ACA does not guarantee rankings, traffic, replies, meetings, referrals, partnerships, leads, bookings, sales, revenue, reviews, sponsorships, platform approval, or outcomes controlled by customers, third parties, platforms, market conditions, or implementation.
This does not excuse ACA from delivering the agreed work.
14. Professional boundaries
ACA is not a law firm, accounting firm, investment adviser, tax adviser, or regulated financial advisory service.
Customers should obtain qualified professional advice where legal, tax, accounting, insurance, investment, regulatory, or other specialized expertise is required.
15. Concerns and applicable rights
Please contact ACA through the ACA contact form with service concerns so ACA can review and respond.
These terms do not require the customer to waive mandatory legal rights. No arbitration requirement, liability cap, or exclusive venue is imposed by these terms.
The version provided and accepted for an engagement applies to that engagement unless the parties agree otherwise. Material changes to active engagements require appropriate agreement rather than a silent website update.
