1. About these terms
These Website Terms of Use apply to your use of ascendancyarchitecture.com (the “website”). By using the website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Purchases of ACA services are governed by the Foundation Office Service Terms. Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy. If these terms conflict with the Service Terms for a purchased service, the Service Terms apply.
2. Who may use the website
The website and its forms are intended for adults aged 18 or older who are business owners or authorized business representatives. Please do not submit a form if you are under 18.
3. Information on the website
Website content describes ACA and its services for general information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, or other professional advice, and it is not a recommendation for your specific business. Service descriptions, prices, and availability may change; the terms shown when you purchase apply to that purchase.
Submitting a form does not create an accepted engagement. ACA reviews each request for fit, scope, and capacity.
4. Your submissions
When you submit a form, you agree to provide accurate information that you are authorized to share, and to avoid passwords, payment-card or banking details, government identification, private customer records, and other unnecessary sensitive information.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose.
- Submit false information, impersonate another person or business, or submit someone else’s information without permission.
- Send spam, malicious code, or automated submissions.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the website or its hosting systems.
- Copy or scrape the website in bulk, or use its content to train or build competing products without permission.
6. Ownership of website content
The website’s text, design, layout, and the ACA name and wordmark belong to ACA or its operator. You may view and print pages for your own business reference. Other copying, republishing, or commercial use requires ACA’s written permission. Nothing on the website grants a license to ACA’s names or marks.
7. Third-party services and links
Payments are completed on Stripe’s hosted checkout pages, and the website is hosted by Netlify. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. ACA does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms and privacy policies apply.
8. Availability and changes
ACA aims to keep the website available and accurate but may update, change, or temporarily suspend it at any time. ACA may correct errors, including pricing errors, before a purchase is accepted.
9. Disclaimer
The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, ACA disclaims warranties about the website, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. This section concerns the website only; ACA’s commitments for purchased services are set out in the Service Terms.
10. Limitation of liability for website use
To the extent permitted by law, ACA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website. This section does not limit ACA’s obligations for purchased services under the Service Terms, any refund described there, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and do not take away any rights you have under the consumer laws of the place where you live.
12. Changes to these terms
ACA may update these terms. The effective date above shows the current version. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the updated terms.
