Founding Preparation Period · October–December 2026 · Foundation Office inquiries are reviewed for fit and capacity.
Client Process

How it works.

Six steps, from first inquiry to your own decision about what comes next. Then the ACA Clarity Desk: clear answers before a larger commitment.

  1. Submit an inquiry.

Tell ACA about your business, your primary objective, and the service you are considering, or that you are not sure yet.

  2. ACA reviews fit, scope, and capacity.

ACA confirms whether a Foundation Office service is the right place to start and whether capacity is available. An inquiry alone does not confirm acceptance.

  3. Pay, and complete intake where needed.

Pay securely through Stripe on the Pay page, with no forms required first. Some engagements need a short intake, by online form or conversation; others need little or nothing more. The complimentary audit needs no payment.

  4. ACA conducts the agreed review or research.

Work begins after payment and any information your service requires are received. ACA confirms your delivery deadline by email.

  5. Receive the defined deliverable.

You receive what the service defines: an observation, a Brief, a research map and tracker, or the integrated Bundle.

  6. Decide the next step.

The recommendation may be independent action, another service, a referral, future contact, or no sale. You are not obligated to buy a follow-on service.

Good to know

The terms that keep work clear.

  • An inquiry or intake alone does not confirm acceptance of an engagement.
  • Work begins after payment and any information your service requires are received.
  • If ACA cannot accept an engagement after payment, you receive a full refund.
  • Clarification is limited to the delivered material.
  • New work requires a separate scope and price.
  • You are not obligated to buy a follow-on service.
  • Recommendations may be independent action, another service, a referral, future contact, or no sale.

Prefer to complete intake together?

Intake can also be completed with ACA in person, by phone, or during a scheduled Zoom conversation. Note your preference in your inquiry.

Implementation inquiries

Already know what needs to be built?

The six steps above describe the Foundation Office. Implementation inquiries follow the route your evidence supports.

  • The cause is unclear: a focused Foundation assessment comes first.
  • The problem is documented and the workflow is clear: ACA moves to implementation qualification and reviews your existing evidence rather than recreating it.
  • The need is more than ACA can properly take on right now: we say so, and refer where we can.

During the Founding Preparation Period, implementation inquiries are qualified, not started; work begins no earlier than January 2027.

How ACA approaches implementation

Straight answers about where ACA starts, what the work includes, and how to choose a next step.

Understanding ACA

What does ACA help a business clarify, build, or improve?

Ascendancy Capital Architecture provides defined diagnostics, research, strategic direction, systems, templates, and scoped implementation. The work begins by understanding the business’s context, identifying what deserves attention, and defining what ACA can realistically deliver.

Why does ACA begin with the Foundation Office?

Bigger spending should come after understanding, not instead of it. The Foundation Office helps distinguish between a small correction, a clearer customer-contact path, local opportunity research, owner-led direction, or an implementation project before you commit to a larger engagement.

Does ACA only provide recommendations?

No. ACA’s work includes defined implementation and ongoing support through separately approved scopes. Foundation Office services focus on diagnostics and research; they do not automatically include website changes, technical setup, content production, or ongoing management. Choosing Your Starting Point

Where should I begin if I do not know what my business needs?

Start with a Foundation Review inquiry. Describe your business, your main concern, and what you want to accomplish. ACA will review the request and determine whether a diagnostic, research service, another appropriate path, or no engagement makes sense.

How do the Foundation Office services differ?
I already know what needs to be built. Do I need a diagnostic first?

Not necessarily. If the problem is documented and the desired workflow is clear, ACA moves to implementation qualification and reviews your existing evidence rather than recreating it. Implementation inquiries are assessed individually; during the Founding Preparation Period they are qualified, not started. How ACA approaches implementation.

Is the complimentary audit the same as a paid diagnostic?

No. The audit is a limited observation of publicly visible information. It does not include the deeper client context, diagnostic direction, or local opportunity research provided through the paid services.

Scope, Payment, and Delivery

What will I know before paid work begins?

You should know the selected service, price, deliverables, exclusions, your responsibilities, delivery requirements, and completion standard. Any additional implementation or ongoing service requires its own approved scope.

Can I pay before completing an intake form?

Yes. You can pay online without filling out a form first. After payment, ACA emails you to confirm fit and what is needed. Some engagements need a short intake, by form or conversation; others need little or nothing more. If ACA cannot accept the engagement, you receive a full refund.

When does my delivery timeline begin?

For paid Foundation Office services, the timeline begins after ACA receives successful payment and the information your service requires, including a completed intake where one is needed. ACA confirms the delivery deadline in writing.

Can ACA complete my intake with me?

Yes. Intake can be completed through an online form or with ACA during an in-person, telephone, or scheduled video conversation. The same necessary information and acknowledgments apply whichever method you use.

What if I need something beyond the selected service?

ACA will review the request before proceeding. Additional research, a changed objective, implementation, or ongoing support may require a separate scope, price, and timeline. Extra work is not automatically included.

Ownership and Boundaries

Will ACA need access to my accounts?

Foundation Office work does not require passwords or private-system access. If a separately scoped implementation project requires access, ACA defines the necessary permissions and uses appropriate role-based or client-approved methods where available.

Who owns my business accounts and assets?

You retain ownership of your existing domains, websites, payment systems, public profiles, customer data, and business assets. Ownership and permitted use of newly created deliverables are addressed in the applicable agreement.

Does ACA guarantee reviews, leads, sales, or revenue?

No. ACA commits to defined work and deliverables within the agreed scope. Customer decisions, market conditions, platform behavior, and client implementation affect business outcomes and are not controlled by ACA.

Does local opportunity research include contacting the targets?

No. Local Lead Hunter provides research, relevance notes, public contact routes where available, suggested owner-led outreach angles, and a tracker. ACA conducting outreach is not included.

After Delivery

What happens after I receive the work?

You receive the agreed deliverable and an appropriate next-step recommendation. That may be independent owner action, separately scoped ACA support, future reassessment, an external referral, or no further purchase.

Am I expected to purchase another ACA service?

No. The Foundation Office is not an obligation to enter a larger engagement. ACA recommends additional work only when the need, scope, fit, and delivery capacity justify it.

What is included in clarification?

Clarification helps you understand the material already delivered. It does not include new research, expanded strategy, implementation, or unlimited revisions. Your selected service explains any included walkthrough or additional support.

Still deciding where to begin?

Tell ACA what you want to accomplish and what feels unclear. Start with context, not a commitment to something bigger.
