If you are unsure, say so in your inquiry. ACA will recommend the smallest sensible starting point, which may be the complimentary audit or no paid service.

Already know what needs to be built? You may not need a diagnostic. If the problem is documented and the desired system is clear, describe the system instead; ACA reviews your existing evidence rather than recreating it.

During the founding preparation period, the Foundation Office is ACA’s public service menu. Implementation inquiries are received and qualified now, with implementation work beginning no earlier than January 2027. Other ACA offices are offered only through an approved, separately scoped recommendation.
